Qualification Criteria

Battle Ground HealthCare exists to provide free health and wellness services to those who are unable to afford care. Supported through donors, sponsorships and grants, we provide care focused around changing lives rather than fixing a medical condition. Our services range from education to chronic condition care to rehabilitation services all designed to partner with our patients to make meaningful and permanent change.

Please note we are unable to provide the following services:

-Urgent or Emergency Room Care
-Narcotics or Narcotic Prescriptions
-Assessment for Medical Marijuana Cards
-Services for sexually transmitted disease, pregnancy or birth control
-Mental Health Services (Referrals Provided)
-Dental Root Canals, Crowns or Bridges

At a Glance

We serve uninsured and underinsured Clark County residents who meet the following requirements:

Are 18 or older
Have an existing chronic illness such as diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, allergies, fibromyalgia, heart conditions or chronic pain
Be uninsured or underinsured
Have an annual income at or less than 300% of the federal poverty level. To view current income thresholds, scroll down.

Note: If you have signed up for health care through A.C.A. or WA Apple Health or Medicaid but you have not been able to get an appointment with a physician, BGHC will see you till you are able to be seen by your new physician
